3. Service Requests and Project Scope

When you contact us for a project, we may provide a proposal, estimate, or quote based on the information you provide.

A project scope may include details such as:

  • Features and functionalities
  • Design requirements
  • Number of pages or screens
  • Integrations
  • Timeline
  • Deliverables
  • Revisions
  • Payment terms
  • Maintenance or support period

Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our services are provided through custom quotes, proposals, or invoices.

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • A deposit may be required before starting work
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
  • Final files, deployment, or project handover may be delayed until full payment is received
  • Late payments may delay the project timeline
  • Additional requests outside the original scope may be charged separately

All prices are subject to change depending on project requirements, complexity, timeline, and additional services requested.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete a project successfully, the client agrees to provide:

  • Clear project requirements
  • Required content, images, documents, branding, and access credentials
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Accurate information
  • Any third-party service accounts needed for deployment, hosting, payments, email, analytics, or integrations

PerceptronDev is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, unclear requirements, unavailable third-party services, or lack of client cooperation.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of included revisions will be defined in the project agreement, quote, or proposal.

Revisions usually cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed work. They do not include major changes such as:

  • Adding new features
  • Changing the full design direction after approval
  • Rebuilding completed sections
  • Adding new pages, dashboards, or integrations
  • Changing the project objective

Major changes may require a new quote or additional payment.

7. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delivery dates are estimates unless clearly stated as guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may change due to:

  • Additional client requests
  • Delayed feedback or content
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service problems
  • Changes in project scope
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party platforms.

8. Project Approval and Completion

A project is considered completed when:

  • The agreed deliverables have been provided
  • The website or application is deployed or handed over
  • The client approves the work
  • Or the client does not provide feedback within a reasonable period after delivery

After completion, additional changes, updates, or support may require a separate maintenance agreement or additional fee.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • The client owns the final custom work created specifically for their project after full payment is received
  • PerceptronDev may reuse general knowledge, techniques, code patterns, components, and non-client-specific tools
  • Third-party assets, libraries, fonts, plugins, templates, or services remain subject to their own licenses
  • Unpaid work remains the property of PerceptronDev

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks, or materials they provide.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, PerceptronDev may display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or marketing materials.

This may include the project name, screenshots, short description, and link to the public website or application.

Confidential or private projects will not be shared publicly if agreed in writing.

11. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways
  • Email services
  • Databases
  • APIs
  • Analytics tools
  • Authentication providers
  • Cloud storage services

PerceptronDev is not responsible for issues, downtime, pricing changes, security incidents, limitations, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

The client is responsible for paying any third-party fees unless agreed otherwise.

12. Hosting, Maintenance, and Support

Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, updates, bug fixes, and technical support are only included if clearly stated in the project agreement.

If no maintenance plan is active, PerceptronDev is not responsible for future issues caused by:

  • Hosting problems
  • Expired domains
  • Third-party service changes
  • Client modifications
  • Security vulnerabilities after handover
  • Outdated dependencies
  • Unauthorized access
  • Server or database limitations

Maintenance and support can be provided separately through a paid agreement.

13. Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds may be considered only in special cases and at our discretion, depending on:

  • The amount of work already completed
  • Costs already incurred
  • The reason for cancellation
  • The terms agreed before starting the project

Deposits are usually non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by written notice.

If the client cancels the project after work has started, the client may be required to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any third-party costs or reserved resources.

PerceptronDev may cancel or suspend a project if:

  • The client does not make required payments
  • The client does not provide necessary information
  • The client requests illegal, harmful, or unethical work
  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
  • The project becomes impossible to complete due to circumstances outside our control

15. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to provide high-quality digital services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, rankings, revenue, conversions, or profits.

The performance of a website or application may depend on many factors outside our control, including marketing, business strategy, competition, hosting, user behavior, search engines, and third-party platforms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerceptronDev will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Security breaches caused by third parties
  • Downtime or hosting failures
  • Third-party service issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim related to a project or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

17. Prohibited Projects

We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud, scams, or phishing
  • Malware, hacking, or unauthorized access
  • Spam or abusive automation
  • Harmful or deceptive practices
  • Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
